Booking Policies
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. Within 30 days of check-in the booking is non-refundable.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
No smoking or vaping inside the house. Please use the designated smoking area outside and the ashtray provided.
The house sleeps 7, with a maximum of 5 adults — the rest children. Please let us know if you'd like to add anyone to your booking.
No parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests. Drug use and excessive drinking are prohibited.
Pets are considered on request - please ask us before you book. No pets unless we agreed it with you before check-in. Please do not feed stray dogs, cats, or wildlife.
Please do not leave any fire unattended. Before going to sleep or leaving the house, please make sure the BBQ or fireplace fire is fully extinguished.
Please do not flush any inorganic or large items — there is a risk of sewage clogging.
The garbage bins are near the entrance gate. Please do not leave garbage outside or dispose of food waste improperly.
Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away, so we can repair or replace the item promptly.
Please avoid excessive noise, loud music, or rowdy behaviour. We're grateful for not disturbing the neighbours.
